Business name displayed as Caller ID
If you would like your business name displayed as the caller ID when you call from your number, there is not currently a proven way to do that, due to the carrier restrictions and limitations on outbound calling from toll-free numbers.
Taking the above steps of registering your number can certainly increase the chances and you can additionally contact your cell phone carrier directly and ask them to 'register' your phone number as your business name.
Alternatively, Hiya, listed above, is a third party company that offers a paid service claiming to show your business name as caller ID. However we are not affiliated with them in any way and cannot speak to the accuracy or validity to those claims.
We are currently working on finding new ways to make this a reality on our end, but as of now registering your number is the best way to connect your new local or toll-free number to your business.
