Call Analytics

You now have the ability to keep track of your call volume in relation to several objective measures:

Tracking Number (phone number)

Forwarding Number

Day and Time

Geo (geographical location)

Duration

Unique Callers

Missed Calls

 

To review your call statistics, simply expand the "Call Analytics" category in the column on the left of your online portal and select the metric you wish to explore.
