Easily view, organize, and configure your phone numbers using the Numbers section in your 800.com dashboard. Follow these steps to assign labels, manage settings, and access platform features linked to each number.

Access Your Phone Numbers

  1. Log in to your account at 800.com.

  2. Go to Numbers.

  3. You’ll see a list of all phone numbers associated with your account.

Each row will display key details like number label, status, forwarding number and actions.

Select The Number You Want to Manage

  1. Find the number you'd like to work with.

  2. Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to the number.

  3. Select Manage Integrations from the dropdown menu if applicable, or explore other available settings.

You’ll be taken to that number’s individual management page.

How To Tell If Your Number Is Active/Inactive

  1. Locate the number you'd like to know the active status for. To the right of the number you will see the Status column. 

  2. Under the Status column you will see a green check that means the number is ACTIVE. An INACTIVE status will show a 🚫

How To Set A Number Active/Inactive

  1. Find the number that you'd like to work with.

  2. Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to that number > select Manage.

  3. Locate the Active/Inactive button in the top right corner.

  4. Click to toggle the number to Active or Inactive.

Filter Your Numbers

  1. Select the Filters and Sub-Filters you want to have > hit Apply.

    *You can hit Reset to reset your filters.

Customize Columns

  1. Under Numbers, select the Customize Columns Icon.
  2. Choose the Columns you would like to show.
  3. Hit Customize Columns.

Get New Numbers

  1. Click the Get More Numbers button.

  2. Choose the type of number you would like > fill in the required information for the number type you chose > hit Next.

    Toll-Free Voice & SMS - A toll‑free 800‑style number for calls and two‑way texting. Customers don’t pay to call or text.

    Local Voice & SMS - A local area‑code number for calls and texting, tied to a specific region.

    Fax Number - A dedicated number to send and receive faxes online through 800.com.

    Bulk Numbers - Buying multiple numbers at once for campaigns or large‑scale use.

  3. Give your number a Label.

  4. Choose how you want to set up your Call Forwarding > enter in the Forwarding Number.

  5. Select to accept the Additional Billing Terms.

  6. Hit Activate Number.
