How To Integrate 800.com with Calendly

Connect your Calendly account to 800.com to simplify appointment scheduling and keep your bookings in sync.

Once connected, 800.com can use your existing Calendly scheduling links, allowing customers to book available appointment times based on your configured availability. This helps eliminate back-and-forth scheduling and creates a seamless booking experience for both you and your customers.

Before You Begin

Before connecting Calendly, make sure you have:

  • An active 800.com account
  • An active Calendly account
  • At least one active event type configured in Calendly
  • Permission to authorize third-party applications

Step 1: Getting Started

  1. Log in to your 800.com account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Intregrations
  3. Scroll down to the Scheduling section > select Calendly

Step 2: Connecting To Calendly

  1. Login to your Calendly account

  2. Once you are logged into Calendly, you will be taken back to the Calendly Integration in your 800.com dashboard.

Step 3: Setting Up Your Configuration

Now that you have made the connection to your Calendly, it is time to setup your configuration.

Complete the following information:

  • Select Event Type - The agent books appointments using this Calendly event type. 

Once your Configuration is complete, hit Update.

 

Step 4: Verify Your Connection

Under Connection > hit Verify.

 

Once verified you will see a green message at the top of the dashboard confirming the connection is working correctly


Step 5: Editing/Deactivating Your Configuration

After completing your configuration if you need to make changes to your configuration, you can do so by clicking Edit.

 

Make any changes that you may need and then hit Update.

Deactivating Your Configuration

If you no longer need your configuration you can deactivate it.

Click Edit > scroll down to the bottom of the Configuration section > hit Deactivate and follow the deactivation steps.
