When enabled, Slack notifications include vehicle and inventory details pulled from the ASC datalayer, helping teams respond faster and collaborate more effectively.
Prerequisites
Before ASC data can appear in Slack, the following must be enabled:
The ASC integration is active in your 800.com account.
The Slack integration is connected and enabled.
ASC events are properly implemented on your website.
ASC data will not appear in Slack if any of these requirements are missing.
How ASC Data Appears in Slack
When both ASC and Slack integrations are enabled, ASC event data is automatically included in Slack notifications triggered by supported events. This allows teams to view key vehicle and inventory information without leaving Slack.
ASC data is added to Slack messages as structured fields and is populated directly from the ASC datalayer.
