The Call Analytics by Geo report allows you to analyze call performance by geographic location. This report helps you understand where your calls are coming from, identify high-performing regions, and optimize marketing and staffing strategies by location.

You can use this report to evaluate call volume, caller engagement, missed calls, and average call duration by state or region.

How to Access Call Analytics by Geo

  1. Log in to your 800.com dashboard

  2. Click Call Analytics in the left navigation menu

  3. Select By Geo

The dashboard will display call performance grouped by region.

Overview of the Dashboard

The Call Analytics by Geo report includes several sections designed to provide both visual and detailed geographic insights.

Performance Summary Cards

At the top of the report, you’ll see key performance metrics for the selected date range:

Calls
The total number of calls received.

Unique Callers
The number of distinct callers.

Missed Calls
The number of calls that were not answered.

Average Duration
The average length of calls.

These summary metrics give you a quick snapshot of overall performance before drilling into geographic breakdowns.

Geographic Call Distribution (Donut Chart)

The donut chart provides a visual breakdown of call volume distribution by region.

This allows you to quickly identify:

  • Which states generate the highest call volume

  • Market concentration by region

  • Regional call share percentages

Top 10 Regions Bar Chart

Next to the donut chart, you’ll see a bar chart highlighting the Top 10 Regions by total call volume.

This helps you compare performance between high-volume states and quickly identify priority markets.

Regional Performance Table

Below the charts, you’ll find a detailed breakdown by region including:

  • Region (State)

  • Total Calls

  • Unique Callers

  • Average Duration

This table allows you to evaluate:

  • Which regions drive the most calls

  • Caller engagement by state

  • Average conversation length by market

  • Opportunities for marketing optimization

For example:

  • A state with high call volume but short average duration may indicate low-quality leads.

  • A state with lower volume but longer average duration may represent higher-value conversations.

Using Filters to Refine Your Report

At the top of the page, you can filter by:

  • Date range

  • Call direction (Inbound/Outbound)

  • Region

  • Tracking number

  • Forwarding number

  • Account

  • Qualification status

  • Tags

  • Caller type

  • Call duration

  • Answer status

Filters allow you to analyze specific campaigns, departments, or customer segments by geography.

How to Export Call Analytics by Geo

You can export this report for further analysis or sharing.

To export:

  1. Click Export in the upper-right corner.

  2. The system will generate your report.

  3. You will receive a notification that the report will be emailed to you once it is ready.

Exports reflect your selected filters and date range.
