The Zapier integration allows you to connect your 800.com account with thousands of apps and automate workflows without writing code. Once connected, you can trigger actions based on 800.com events (like inbound calls or SMS) and take actions in other tools such as CRMs, messaging apps, spreadsheets, and more.

What You Can Do With Zapier + 800.com

With this integration, you can automate tasks such as:

  • Create records in your CRM when a new call comes in

  • Post call details to team channels or project boards

  • Log calls or call summaries in spreadsheets

  • Trigger SMS follow-ups

  • Update contact records based on call outcomes

These workflows (“Zaps”) help reduce manual work and keep your tools in sync.

Before You Begin

To use the Zapier integration you will need:

  • An active 800.com account

  • A Zapier account

  • Relevant permissions to manage integrations in both systems

Note: If you do not see Zapier listed, your account may not have permission. Contact your administrator.

Create a Zap Using 800.com

Once connected, you can build Zaps that use 800.com triggers. Here’s how:

  1. Open your Zapier dashboard.

  2. Click Trigger.

  3. Under Trigger, search for and select 800.com.

  4. Choose a trigger event (example: New Call, Call Completed, New SMS).

  5. Connect your 800.com account if prompted.

  6. Test the trigger to confirm data is coming through.

  7. Under Action, choose the app you want to connect (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack).

  8. Map fields from 800.com to the destination app.

  9. Save and Turn On your Zap.

Once enabled, Zaps will run automatically based on the criteria you set.

Examples of triggers you can use with 800.com:

To ensure your workflows run as expected:
