Integrating with Slack allows you to automatically send real-time alerts and daily insights to the Slack channel of your choice. You can customize your Slack integration to send the data that is important to you. Additionally, you can access the calls or texts from Slack and it will take you directly to the call or text in the app.
Enabling The Slack Integration

In the app, select Settings > Integrations.
For Organizations, go to Organization > Global Settings > Integrations.
You will be taken to the Integrations Library.

Click the Slack icon.
Review the overview page for the Slack Integration.

Click + Add Slack Integration.
You will be prompted to grant permissions to access your Slack workspace > select Allow.

Once connected, you will be taken to the Configuration Settings page.
Your Slack channels will automatically populate.

Select which channels to use for:
Call notifications
SMS notifications
Performance summaries
💡 Note: If you recently added new Slack channels, click Refresh to update the channel list.
Click Customize to choose additional data to include in notifications.
Set the Frequency and Time of Day for notifications.
Select the Timezone to apply.

Choose the Attribution Model for reporting:
First Touch – credit goes to the first interaction.
Last Touch – credit goes to the last interaction before conversion.
Close the window. Your settings will be saved automatically.
ASC Event Data in Slack (Automotive Industry)
If the ASC (Automotive Standard Council) integration is enabled, additional ASC event data is included in Slack notifications. This allows automotive teams to view vehicle and inventory details directly within Slack messages.
Available ASC Fields
The following ASC fields are extracted from the ASC datalayer and will appear in Slack when ASC is enabled:

Important Notes
ASC fields only appear in Slack notifications when the ASC integration is enabled
Data is automatically populated from the ASC datalayer

Editing The Slack Integration

In the app, select Settings > Integrations.
For Organizations, go to Organization > Global Settings > Integrations.
Click the Manage tab
Locate the Slack Integration and click the Settings icon, or use the vertical ellipsis at the end of the row and select Edit.
Update your configuration as needed.
Close the window — your changes will be saved automatically.
Checking The Slack Integration Status
In the app, select Settings > Integrations.
For Organizations, go to Organization > Global Settings > Integrations.Locate the Slack Integration icon in the Integrations Library.
No banner – Integration is not enabled.
Active – Integration is currently active. If multiple Slack workspaces are connected, the banner shows the number connected.
Failed – There is an issue with the connection. An alert will be created under Main Navigation > Alerts with the option to reconnect.
Deleting the Slack Integration

In the app, select Settings > Integrations.
For Organizations, go to Organization > Global Settings > Integrations.
Click the Manage tab.
Locate the Slack Integration, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Delete.
Confirm removal by selecting Delete again.
