How To Set Up Auto-Replies

Step 1: Log In To Your 800.com Account

Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can generate and manage Auto-Replies.

  • If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.

Step 2: Enable Auto-Replies

To enable your Auto-Replies:

  1. Go to Numbers > select the number you want to enable notifications
  2. Click the 3 dots on the right side > hit Manage

  1. Scroll down to the Auto-Replies section > click the Add Auto Reply button

  1. Choose if you want to set up a:
    Office Hours Auto Reply
    * Fill in your After Office Hours and During Office Hours messages > hit Save

    General Auto Reply
    * Fill in the Name, Auto Reply Message and choose a time you’d like the reply sent > hit Save

  2. Hit Save at the top of the page to save any changes.

Step 3: Send A Test

Once Auto-Replies are set up, it is important to send a test to confirm that enabling the replies were successful.

Enable/Disable, Edit & Delete Auto-Replies

  • Use the toggle to Enable and Disable the Reply
  • Click the Pencil icon to edit the Reply
  • Click the Trashcan icon to Delete the Reply
