800.com alerts are designed to keep you informed when something needs attention and when they are resolved.
This article explains what happens when an alert condition is fixed, how dismissed alerts are tracked, and how integration statuses update automatically.
What Happens When an Issue Is Resolved
If an alert was previously triggered and the underlying issue is resolved:
The alert is automatically dismissed
No manual action is required
The issue is recorded as Issue Resolved
This ensures your Alerts view always reflects the current state of your account.
Where to Find Dismissed Alerts
Once dismissed, the alert is moved to the Dismissed Alerts tab.
In the Dismissed Alerts tab, you can:
Review previously resolved issues
See why the alert was dismissed
Maintain visibility into past alert activity
Dismissal Reason: “Issue Resolved”
When an alert is automatically dismissed, the dismissal reason is recorded as:
Issue Resolved
This reason is included in the list of dismissal reasons and appears in alphabetical order for consistency.
Integration Alerts & Status Updates
If the alert was triggered by an integration issue:
The integration’s status is updated from Failed back to Active
The status change happens automatically
No page refresh is required to see the updated status
Once the issue is resolved, the integration reflects its active state immediately, keeping your Integrations view accurate and up to date.
Why This Matters
Automatic alert dismissal helps you:
Avoid alert fatigue
Quickly confirm issues are resolved
Trust that integration statuses are current
Spend less time refreshing pages or checking manually
Alerts now close the loop for you — from issue detection to resolution.
Things to Keep in Mind
Alerts only dismiss automatically when the system confirms the issue is resolved
Dismissed alerts remain visible for reference
Integration statuses update in real time when issues clear
