You can now snooze a monitor and its associated alerts forever, giving you full control over which monitors continue to run and generate alerts.

What Does “Forever” Snooze Do?

When Forever is selected as the snooze option:

• The monitor stops running

• No data is gathered while monitoring is off

• Alerts are no longer generated

• The monitor remains inactive until manually restored

This is useful for monitors that are no longer needed or temporarily irrelevant.

How to Snooze a Monitor Forever

1. Locate the monitor or alert you want to snooze.

2. Click the Clock icon.

3. Select Forever.

The monitor will immediately stop monitoring and alerting.

Restoring a Snoozed Monitor

If you decide to resume monitoring later:

1. Go to Ignored Alerts.

2. Find the snoozed monitor.

3. Click Restore.

Once restored, monitoring and alerting will resume as normal.

Important Note

NOTE: You can snooze a monitor and its alerting forever by selecting the Clock icon and choosing Forever. While snoozed, the monitor will not gather data or send alerts. If you want to reinstate the monitor later, go to Ignored Alerts, locate the monitor, and click Restore.
