How To Create A Voicemail Greeting

Step 1: Log In To Your 800.com Account

Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can generate and manage Voicemail Greetings.

• If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.

Step 2: Create New Greeting

To create your Voicemail Greeting:

• Go to Settings > Greetings
• Click the Add Greeting button

• Fill in information fields > hit Save

*For Content, this will be the information that you would like the caller to hear when they reach your voicemail.

Step 3: Review Voicemail Greeting

Once the voicemail greeting is generated:

• Listen to the Greeting to confirm that is exactly what you wanted
  * If you need to make changes to your greetings, you can click the 3 dots on the right side and select Edit. Make sure to hit Save when finished editing.

Deleting Voicemail Greetings

If a Voicemail Greeting needs to be deleted:

• Go to Settings > Greetings
• Locate the Greeting you wish to delete
• Click the 3 dots to the ride side of the greeting
  
• Hit Delete > then hit Delete again to confirm
