Log In To Your 800.com Account
Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can changes to your account.
- If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.
Block Callers Via Dashboard
- Go to Settings > click Company.
- Select the Blocked Callers tab. When selected, you will see a list of currently block numbers, if you any were added previously.
- Click the blue Block Number button
- Enter the number that you wish to block > hit Block.
Block Callers Via Inbox
You also have the ability to block callers from your inbox by:
- Select Inbox
- Choose the conversation that has the number you would like to block > click the Block Caller icon in the top right corner
- Hit Block.
