What’s Included in the Timeline

1. Enhanced Caller ID

Enhanced Caller ID brings caller context right as the call arrives—displaying details like the caller’s name, address, email, and carrier. This real-time insight lets your team qualify leads faster, follow up smarter, and ditch manual lookups.

*Note: There is an additional cost to enable Enhanced Caller ID.

2. Lead Overview

Lead Overview builds a dynamic profile of each prospect’s journey—tracking touchpoints, sentiment, and activity history. Powered by AI, this feature automatically keeps your team informed and ready to prioritize the best opportunities.

3. Call Summary

The Call Summary provides a snapshot of each call, highlighting the most important details at a glance. This includes:

  • Short Summary – A brief description of the call for quick reference.

  • Long Summary – A more detailed account of the call, including caller context and outcomes.

The Call Summary ensures you don’t have to replay or reread entire transcripts — you can see the essentials right away.

The Custom Fields section gives structure to the call record by standardizing how information is logged. Fields include:

How to Use the 800 Intelligence™ Timeline

  1. Log in to your 800.com account.

  2. Go to your Call History or Dashboard.

  3. Open any call record by directly clicking the phone number or clicking the Timeline icon to reveal the Timeline view.

  4. You’ll see:

    • Caller details powered by Enhanced Caller ID

    • Lead Overview with qualification status

    • A Call Summary with sentiment and next steps

    • Structured data in Custom Fields

  5. Use these insights to decide whether to follow up, nurture, or escalate.

Best Practice Tip

Regularly review the Timeline after each call to ensure fields are up to date and AI-generated insights align with your team's actions. This helps keep your records clean, your team informed, and customer paths clear.
