How to Add Numbers to a Call Tracking Pool

Log In To Your 800.com Account

Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can changes to your account.

  • If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.

Add Numbers To A Call Tracking Pool

Go to Call Tracking > Select your desired Tracking Pool > Add More Numbers. Select Get New Numbers or Add Numbers I Already Have > hit Next

If you choose to Get New Numbers, select the Amount of numbers to add > choose Toll-Free or Local and fill in your prefix/area code > select Add Numbers to Pool

 

If you choose to Add Numbers I Already Have, simply select the Numbers you would like to include in the pool > click Next
