Connect multiple calendars to your 800 AI Agent
Your AI Agent can now book appointments on more than one calendar. Connect several Google Calendars, several Calendly accounts, or a mix of both, and the agent books each call on the right one based on who or what the caller is asking for.
This works with Google Calendar and Calendly. Support for Outlook and HubSpot is coming later.
To set it up, open your AI Agent configuration and go to the Scheduling skill on the Schedule tab.
Before you start
You'll need at least one Google Calendar or Calendly integration connected to your account.
Some calendar settings live on the integration and apply to every agent that uses it, while others are set per agent:

Add calendars to your agent
On the Scheduling skill, you can connect two or more Google Calendars, two or more Calendly accounts, or mix Google and Calendly on the same agent.
For each calendar you add:
- Connect the calendar. To add another Google account, choose the option to connect a different Google Calendar account.
- Choose event types (Calendly only). Pick which Calendly event types the agent is allowed to book.
- Give it a name. This is what the agent says to callers, so make it easy to understand, such as "Free Consult" or "Maria - Sales."
- Write a "When" rule. Describe in plain language when the agent should use this calendar, such as "When the caller wants to meet with Maria" or "When the caller is a new customer asking for a consultation."
- Save your changes.
How the agent picks a calendar
Callers can ask for a person or a type of meeting, and the agent matches the request to the calendar whose name or "When" rule fits. For example:
- "I'd like to book with Sarah" books on Sarah's calendar.
- "I'd like to book an onboarding call" books on your onboarding calendar.
The agent checks availability only on the calendar it's booking, not on every connected calendar. A busy slot on one calendar won't block an open slot on another.
When no rule fits
If a caller's request doesn't match any "When" rule, you choose what the agent does:
|
Option |
What the agent does |
|---|---|
|
Ask the caller |
Asks which type of meeting or person they want |
|
Suggest a calendar |
Suggests a calendar and confirms with the caller before booking |
|
Book without asking |
Books a calendar without checking with the caller first |
Rescheduling and canceling
Callers can ask the agent to reschedule or cancel a booking on any connected Google Calendar or Calendly calendar, and the change is made on that calendar.
Manage your connected calendars
Each calendar is independent. You can disconnect a calendar or reassign it without affecting the others on the agent.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I mix Google Calendar and Calendly on one agent?
A: Yes. You can connect any combination of Google Calendars and Calendly accounts.
Q: Will the agent avoid double-booking across calendars?
A: No. The agent only checks the calendar it's booking on. If the same person has more than one connected calendar, an opening on one won't account for meetings on the other.
Q: Does the agent assign callers to team members in rotation?
A: No. The agent picks a calendar based on your "When" rules, not round-robin.
Q: What about Outlook or HubSpot?
A: Those integrations are coming in a later update. For now, multiple calendars work with Google Calendar and Calendly.
