Overview of plans and billing
Core Plans:
We offer 3 main plans depending on your expected usage. All of these plans are offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, with a 15% discount offered if you choose to be billed annually. The annual option will be selected by default as it provides the most value. If you would prefer to be billed monthly, be sure to click this option on the Plans and Pricing selection page. These plans also include the use of Auto Attendant (Extensions), call recording, Texting/SMS, Voicemail service and much more.

Our "Personal" plan includes 1 toll-free number, 1 local number, 1 fax number, and 1,000 minutes per month for $23 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $228.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every minute over 1,000 would be charged at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees, for toll-free or fax minutes and $0.05, prior to taxes and fees, for local minutes on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. Your toll-free number, local number, and fax would all draw from the same pool of included minutes. If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $9 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details). 120 SMS messages are included monthly. Any SMS messages over 120 are billed at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees. 50 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 50 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. This plan is our most common and ideal for users with low and predictable usage.
Our "Unlimited" plan includes 1 toll-free number, 1 local number, and 1 fax number for $59.00 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $588.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. This plan is intended for call forwarding to one person and not for multiple recipients or call center use as detailed in our Reasonable Use Policy under our Terms and Conditions. If your usage turns out to be outside of this scope, your plan will be changed to one of our per-minute offerings. If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $15 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details). 500 SMS messages are included with this plan. Every SMS message sent above 500 is billed at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees. 500 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 500 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. If you remain within the confines of this plan and you don't require a quantity of numbers, it represents the best value out of the 3. Call Transcriptions are also available at $0.03 per transcribed minute, prior to taxes and fees.
Our "Pro" plan includes 5 toll-free number, 1 local number, 1 fax number, and 5,000 minutes per month for $149.00 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $1,524.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every minute over 5,000 would be charged at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees, for toll-free or fax minutes and $0.008 for local minutes on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. Your toll-free number, local number, and fax would all draw from the same pool of included minutes. 1,000 SMS messages are included monthly. Any SMS messages over 1,000 are billed $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. This plan includes 1,000 Transcribed minutes and bills $0.03, prior to taxes and fees, for every transcribed minute over 1,000. 1,000 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 1,000 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. This plan has the added benefit of only costing $0.50, prior to taxes and fees, for every toll-free number of the included 5, making it ideal for accounts with a large amount of telephone numbers (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).

SMS specific plans:
We now offer three plans, specifically targeting those who would like to utilize our SMS features, but are not interested in the calling functions. All of these plans are offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, with a 15% discount offered if you choose to be billed annually. Our "Basic" plan includes 1 user, 1,000 minutes, and 500 messages per month for $25 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $252 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every message over 500 would be charged at $0.04 prior to taxes and fees on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. 500 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 500 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. All numbers contained on your account would all draw from the same pool of included minutes/messages. If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $9 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).
Our "Standard" plan includes 3 users, 1,000 minutes, and 2,000 messages per month for $70 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $720 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every message over 2,000 would be charged at $0.03, prior to taxes and fees, on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. 2,000 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 2,000 is billed at $0.03, prior to taxes and fees. All numbers contained on your account would all draw from the same pool of included minutes/messages. If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $9 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).
Our "Advanced" plan includes 5 users, 1,000 minutes, and 5,000 messages per month for $150 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $1,536 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every message over 5,000 would be charged at $0.02, prior to taxes and fees, on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. 5,000 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 5,000 is billed at $0.02, prior to taxes and fees. All numbers contained on your account would all draw from the same pool of included minutes/messages. Call tracking plans:
We also offer three plans, specifically targeting those who would like to utilize our call tracking and marketing features (Campaign Attribution). All of these plans are offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, with a 15% discount offered if you choose to be billed annually. Our "Starter" plan includes 1 user, 200 messages, and 500 minutes per month for $35 per month prior to taxes and fees, or $360 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Every toll free minute over 500 would be charged at $0.04 and every local minute at $0.025, prior to taxes and fees, on a monthly basis whether you select the monthly or annual option. There would also be a $0.08 charge for every SMS over 200, after taxes and fees. 200 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 200 is billed at $0.08, prior to taxes and fees. All numbers contained on your account would all draw from the same pool of included minutes/messages. There would be a $2.50 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional toll free number and $1.50 for every additional local number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).
Our "Advanced" plan includes everything in the Starter plan, but also includes 3 users and the Call Transcriptions feature, which allows calls to be transcribed on a continual basis. The cost of this plan is $55 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $564 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Although the call transcription feature is automatically available with this plan, there would be an additional $0.01, per minute, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose to utilize the feature. 200 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 200 is billed at $0.08, prior to taxes and fees.
Our "Pro" plan includes includes everything in the Advanced plan, but also includes 5 users and API access, which allows developers to interact with their 800.com account programmatically. Whether you are interested in searching vanity phone numbers, automating SMS messages, or creating triggers that auto replies based on date and time conditions, our API aims to simplify the process while empowering users. The cost of this plan is $95 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or $972 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. Although the call transcription feature is automatically available with this plan, there would be an additional $0.01, per minute, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose to utilize the feature. 200 Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 200 is billed at $0.08, prior to taxes and fees.

We offer custom plans to cater to a wide variety of specific needs (e.g. extremely high usage).
