The Integrations page provides a centralized view of all third-party tools and platforms connected to your account. It can help you quickly understand which integrations are active, who set them up, and how they're being used—so you can manage your connections with confidence.
Getting Started
Step 1: Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can generate and manage Integrations.
- If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.
Step 2: Locate Settings on the navigation menu > click Integrations.
Getting To Know The Integrations Library
Library Tab
Under the Library Tab you will see the integrations that can be established with 800.com.
By clicking one of the icons you can set up a new integration with the platform or if you have already created an integration with that platform you can see what numbers are using that integration.
If you don't see an Integration that you want to set up, click Add Integration > Make a request.
You will then need to complete the 800.com Integration Request Form.
Manage Tab
Under the manage tab, you will see the Integrations that are set up and what numbers are associated with them.
To enable 800 Intelligence for an Integration > click the Settings icon.
To enable Enhanced Caller Id for an Integration > click the three dots on the right hand side.
