• Unlimited Plans:

  Transcripts - $0.03/minute
  800 Intelligence™  - $0.10/minute

• Pro Plans:

  Transcripts - 1,000 transcription minutes includes.  Overage - $0.03/minute.
  800 Intelligence™  - $0.10/minute

• Call Tracking Plans – $0.01 per minute

How It Works

1. When you use 800 Intelligence™ services, minutes are calculated based on your plan.

2. The per-minute rate is applied according to your subscription.

3. Charges are added to your monthly or yearly bill.

Example

• A Pro Monthly customer uses 100 minutes of Intelligence services in a billing cycle.

• The rate is $0.03 per minute.

• Total charge = 100 × $0.03 = $3.00.
