Our per-minute plans have a finite number of included monthly minutes. Whether you purchase the monthly or annual version of our plans, your overage minutes are tallied and billed on a monthly basis. The cost of these additional minutes carries depending on your plan. Our main per-minute plan overage minute rates are as follows:

Personal: 1,000 monthly minutes included and bills $0.06 prior to taxes and fees for toll-free or fax minutes and $0.05 for local minutes. SMS Campaigns operate under the use of credits and are limited to 50 per month and any SMS campaign messages over 50 are billed $0.06. In addition, Call Transcriptions are available at $0.10 per transcribed minute.

Unlimited: There are no overage fees for calling or general texting but the plan only 500 SMS messages. Every SMS message sent above 500 is billed at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees. The plan also includes 500 Mass Texting/Campaign credits and bills $0.04 for every additional credit. In addition, Call Transcriptions are available at $0.03 per transcribed minute.

Pro: 5,000 monthly minutes included and bills $0.04 prior to taxes and fees for toll-free and fax minutes and $0.008 for local minutes. SMS Campaigns operate under the use of credits and are limited to 1000 per month and any SMS over 1000 are billed $0.06. 1,000 Transcribed minutes included and bills $0.03 for every transcribed minute over 1,000. 

*SMS messages are billed as MMS messages if they include an image or emoji. A single message is limited to 160 characters, so if your message exceeds 160 characters it will be sent and billed as multiple messages (segments). If the individual segments include emojis, they will all tally as MMS messages.

**Mass messages use what are called "credits" which translate to 1 credit per sent message and 2 additional credits per message if there is an added image of any kind, including emojis. Our currently offered plans include a specific number of credits according to the plan for which you are enrolled (50 for Personal, 500 for Unlimited, and 1000 for Pro). All additional credits are charged at a rate of $0.04 a piece. You can see how many credits have been used on the top right of this page directly to the left of the "New Campaign" button.

You can view your total minutes for the current billing cycle at any time by expanding the "Settings" category and clicking the "Plan Usage" option.

This will display a comprehensive breakdown of your used minutes, texts, and international minutes (if enabled).
