Stopping solicitations (cold-calls) or robo-calls

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to control who or what calls our customers' number(s); however, there are several steps you can take to minimize their impact. 

The first option is to block these numbers as they come in. Instructions for this can be found under our Blocking Callers section. 

The second option would be to crate a prompt that requires the caller to press an extension in order for the call to be routed. Instructions for this can be found under our Extensions/auto-attendant section.

The third option would be to change your number. If the other methods are not sufficient, you can call us at 800-800-4321, and leave a message, or email us at support@800.com to facilitate this change. We will respond to voicemails and emails as quickly as possible. 

 

In addition, we also suggest placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry.
