This is something your current provider will require to complete the number transfer.

In more technical terms: Your current provider of your number requires a LOA (Letter of Authorization) from our underlying carrier with the end user's authorization before they will allow numbers to be transferred. All the information you need to provide to 800.com is will be provided when you follow the process through your dashboard (See our Port-In Procedure article for instructions on how to begin the process).

Additionally:

  • All required fields on our online transfer form must be filled out during submission.
  • All numbers to be transferred must be provided.
  • It should be signed and dated (within 30 days) by the end user (the authorized party).
