Toll free directory assistance is no longer provided. Toll-free directory assistance was previously provided by telecommunication providers, namely AT&T and Verizon, as mandated by the Federal Communications Commission for decades. Unfortunately, this support was discontinued in the summer of 2020.
Our recommendation would now be to register your number(s) with individual carriers (links below) as this is the only available option that we are aware of.
We also recommend registering your business with Google or Bing for more exposure.
