Core Plans

We offer 3 main plans depending on your expected usage. All of these plans are offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, with a 15% discount offered if you choose to be billed annually. The annual option will be selected by default as it provides the most value. If you would prefer to be billed monthly, be sure to click this option on the Plans and Pricing selection page. These plans also include the use of Auto Attendant (Extensions), call recording, Texting/SMS, Voicemail service and much more.

Startup Plan

This plan is our most common and ideal for users with low and predictable usage. 

• Includes 1 toll-free number, 1 local number, 1 fax number, and 1,000 minutes per month for $23 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or ($19/mo)$228.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option.
• Every minute over 1,000 would be charged at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees whether you select the monthly or annual option. Your toll-free number, local number, and fax would all draw from the same pool of included minutes.
• If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $9 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).
• 120 SMS messages are included monthly. Any SMS messages over 120 are billed at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees.
• 50 SMS Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 50 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. 
• Call Transcriptions are also available at $0.10 per transcribed minute, prior to taxes and fees.

Small Business Plan 

This plan is intended for call forwarding to one person and not for multiple recipients or call center use as detailed in our Reasonable Use Policy under our Terms and Conditions.

• Includes 1 toll-free number, 1 local number, and 1 fax number for $59.00 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or ($49/mo)$588.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option.
• This plan is intended for call forwarding to one person and not for multiple recipients or call center use as detailed in our Reasonable Use Policy under our Terms and Conditions. If your usage turns out to be outside of this scope, your plan will be changed to one of our per-minute offerings.
• If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $15 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details).
• 500 SMS messages are included with this plan. Every SMS message sent above 500 is billed at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees.
• 500 SMS Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 500 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees. 
• Call Transcriptions are also available at $0.03 per transcribed minute, prior to taxes and fees.

Unlimited Plan

This plan is ideal for companies, agencies, brands, call centers, and larger call volume customers needing 5 or more extensions, large amount of numbers, and/or call tracking capabilities. 

• Includes 5 numbers for $117.00 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or ($99/mo)$1,188.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option.
• 1,000 SMS messages are included monthly. Any SMS messages over 1,000 are billed $0.04, prior to taxes and fees.
• This plan includes 1,000 Transcribed minutes and bills $0.03, prior to taxes and fees, for every transcribed minute over 1,000.
• 1,000 SMS Campaign credits are also included with this plan. Every campaign message sent above 1,000 is billed at $0.04, prior to taxes and fees.
• If more than five telephone numbers are required, there would be a $15 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see Purchasing Numbers for more details). 
• Advanced Call Tracking capabilities such as Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), tracking by marketing & advertising sources, and integrations with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google My Business, Zapier, Make and more.

We offer custom plans to cater to a wide variety of specific needs (e.g. extremely high usage).
