Integrating your 800.com phone number with your Shopify store is a great way to track incoming calls tied directly to your website traffic. Follow the steps below to connect 800.com with your Shopify storefront.
Step 1: Log Into Your 800.com Account

Navigate to the Numbers tab on the left-hand menu.

Select an existing number or click Add Number to create a new one.
Step 2: Set Up or Edit Your Tracking Number

Choose a number you want to associate with your Shopify store.

In the Forwarding Settings, enter the number you want calls to be redirected to (e.g., your main business line).

Give the number a label like "Shopify Store" so you can easily track its performance later.
Step 3: Add Your 800.com Number to Your Shopify Storefront
To display your 800.com number on your live site:

Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

Go to Online Store > Themes.

Click Customize on your current theme.

Optional: Set Up Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI)
For more advanced tracking, you can implement Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI). This feature automatically changes the phone number displayed on your site based on the visitor’s traffic source (e.g., Google Ads, social media, or email), giving you clearer attribution.
