What you’ll need to port a number:

  1. An existing phone number to port
  2. An existing 800.com account
  3. Porting provider bill

Steps to Porting a Number to 800.com

Sign up for an 800.com Account

Fill out a Port Request

Follow the instructions under Company > Port Requests > Port number

    • Current Service Provider > The provider you are porting from
    • Service Name > Your business name as it appears on your old bill
    • Authorizing Name > Your name as it appears on your old bill
    • Address > Your address as it appears on your old bill

Congrats! 

After you receive and sign the Letter of Authorization sent to your email, you will be finished with your portion of the porting process.
