Text messaging is included in most plans but requires registering your brand and campaigns prior to being able to send any SMS messages. Normal SMS usage fees apply in addition to the fees below.

Please note this process can take several days for the providers to authorize your account to send SMS messages. You can receive SMS messages regardless of your outbound SMS verification status.

Toll-Free Number SMS Registration & Compliance Fees

There are no registration fees associated with registering your toll-free number.

It is recommended you use a toll-free number for outbound SMS messaging.

Local Numbers SMS Registration & Compliance Fees

The Campaign Registry (TCR) manages the registration and compliance of SMS messages for local phone numbers better know as 10DLC (10-digit long code).

The following fees apply to 10DLC (local number) registration only.

Brand/Campaign Registration

• $4 one-time fee, prior to taxes and fees, to register your brand with TCR
• $15 one-time fee, prior to taxes and fees to register your campaign and for carriers to review your SMS use case.

*Registration fees are paid at the time of submission.

Monthly Fees

TCR charges a monthly fee based on your use case to help you remain in compliance with the carriers that deliver messages.

• $2 per month, prior to taxes and fees, for low volume senders
• $10 per month, prior to taxes and fees, for all other campaigns

The monthly fees will appear on your invoice each month, unless the campaign is deactivated/deleted.

Please note that the first three months of monthly fees are paid at the time of registration.
