Log In To Your 800.com Account
Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can changes to your account.
- If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.
Create New Call Tracking Pool
To create a Call Tracking Pool:
- Go to Numbers > select Call Tracking.
- Click the Create Calling Tracking Pool button in the top right corner.
- Select “Get New Numbers” or “Add Numbers I Already Have” > hit Next.
Get New Numbers
If you chose to “Get New Numbers” continue with these steps:
- Select the Pool Size > choose Toll-Free or Local.
- Fill in the required information:
- Source
- You can add more than one source. To do this simply click “+ Add New Source”
- Source
- Landing Page
- Query Parameters
- Utm_medium
- Utm_source
- Utm_campaign
- Utm_term
- Utm_content
- Swap Targets
- A Swap Target is a phone number that can be dynamically replaced with a tracking number on a website and can be a different number for each traffic source.
- If a Swap Target is not entered, the default Swap Target is the destination number.
- The “Always Swap” traffic source does require a swap target. It allows you to assign a random tracking number in the pool to track all sources, without having to specify phone number for each source.
- Hit Next.
- Name the Pool > choose how you would like to set up your call forwarding, Manually or With A Saved Template.
- Hit Create Pool.
Add Numbers I Already Have
If you chose to “Add Numbers I Already Have” continue with these steps:
- Select the Numbers you would like to include in the pool > click Next.
- Fill in the required information:
- Source
- You can add more than one source. To do this simply click “+ Add New Source”

- Query Parameters

- Utm_source
- Utm_campaign
- Utm_term
- Utm_content
