800.com Supported GA4 Events

Standard Events

800.com supports sending GA4 events for each of the following activities:

  • Phone Calls
    • All phone calls phone_call
    • First time caller first_time_phone_call
    • Repeat caller repeat_phone_call
  • Voicemails voicemail
  • SMS Messages sms
  • Fax fax

Event Parameters

All events contain the following information as event parameters:

ga_session_id: The session ID that Google has associated with the website visitor.

GCLID: The identifier associated with a Google advert click.

FBCLID: The identifier associated with a Facebook advert click.

MSCLKID: The identifier associated with a MS/Bing advert click.

browser_or_device: The browser/device the visitor used to access the website.

campaign:The value of the utm_campaign query string parameter, if present.

medium: The value of the utm_medium query string parameter, if present.

source: The value of the utm_source query string parameter, if present.

landing_page_url: The URL of the page the visitor saw first, within this session.

referrer: The website (URL) that drove traffic to your website.

activity_session_id: The internal session ID we associate with the activity.

user_id: The ID of your account at 800.com.

company_name: The name of your account at 800.com

tracking_number: The phone number that was dialed/messaged (E164 format).

tracking_number_name: The phone number’s label, if set.

Additionally, for the phone call events we sent the following parameters:

tags: Any tags that have been added to the call record within our app.
