How To Set Up Text Notifications

Step 1: Log In To Your 800.com Account

Log in to your account. Ensure you have administrative access, as only admins can generate and manage Text Notifications.

  • If you’re not already using 800.com, sign up for an account and then log in.

Step 2: Enable Notifications

To enable your notifications:

  1. Go to Numbers > select the number you want to enable notifications
  2. Click the 3 dots on the right side > hit Manage

  1. Scroll down to the Notifications section

  1. Fill in the email and/or phone number you would like to receive the notifications > hit Save
  2. Hit Save at the top of the page to save any changes.

Step 3: Send A Test

Once notifications have been enabled, it is important to send a test to confirm that enabling the notifications was successful.

  • If notifications need to disabled, simply follow these steps but once you get to the notifications sections remove the information provided and press save.
