How do I reset or change my password?
If you’d like to reset your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the support page and enter your email address.
- Provide the answer to your Security Question.
- A new temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.
If you’d like to change your password:
- When signed in, click on your name or company name on the bottom left of the online portal.
- Select "Settings."
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your desired password.
- Confirm desired password.
- Click "Save"
