How do I reset or change my password?

If you’d like to reset your password:

  • Click the "Forgot Password" link on the support page and enter your email address.
  • Provide the answer to your Security Question.
  • A new temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.

 

If you’d like to change your password:

  • When signed in, click on your name or company name on the bottom left of the online portal.
  • Select "Settings."
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter your desired password.
  • Confirm desired password.
  • Click "Save"
