Fix Missed Calls on iPhone by Turning Off Spam Filtering

Missed or blocked calls on an iPhone are often caused by spam filtering settings, not a problem with your service. Follow these steps to turn off call filtering so calls come through normally.

1. Open Settings, then tap Apps, then tap Phone.
2. Tap Silence Unknown Callers and turn it off.
3. Tap Call Blocking & Identification and turn off any listed spam-blocking apps.
4. Tap Screen Unknown Callers and select Never.
5. If you use a third-party call-blocking app, open it and turn off call filtering, or delete the app.

If calls are still not coming through after these steps, check with your carrier for network-level call blocking.
