All of these plans are offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, with a 15% discount offered if you choose to be billed annually. The annual option will be selected by default as it provides the most value. These plans also include the use of [Auto Attendant (Extensions)](https://support.800.com/en-us/hc/articles/360040899211-extensions-auto-attendant?hsLang=en-us), call recording, [Texting/SMS](https://support.800.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000110512-Text-Messaging?hsLang=en-us), [Voicemail](https://support.800.com/en-us/hc/articles/360040468832-voicemail?hsLang=en-us) service and [much more](https://support.800.com/en-us/hc/articles/360001183791-features?hsLang=en-us).  All pricing is USD ## **Startup Plan** *This plan is our most common and ideal for users with low and predictable usage.*  - Includes 1 toll-free number, 1 local number, 1 fax number, and 1,000 minutes per month for $23 per month, prior to taxes and fees, or ($19/mo)$228.00 per year, prior to taxes and fees, if you choose the annual option. - Every minute over 1,000 would be charged at $0.06, prior to taxes and fees whether you select the monthly or annual option. Your toll-free number, local number, and fax would all draw from the same pool of included minutes. - If more than one telephone number is required, there would be a $9 charge per month, prior to taxes and fees, for every additional number (see [Purchasing Numbers](https://support.800.com/en-us/hc/articles/360040359112-managing-numbers?hsLang=en-us) for more details). - 120 SMS messages are included monthly.
