# Does 800.com replace my phone system?

## Use the service alongside your existing phone provider by forwarding calls to an active landline, office phone, or cell number.

800.com is designed to compliment your phone service, not totally replace it. Calls to your 800.com number will forward from our system to your existing phone, such as office, cell, home office, etc. You'll need to have an active phone number (land line or cell) to be able to receive forwarded calls through our system.
