How to Log In to Your 800.com Account

Access your dashboard, reset a forgotten password, and update login credentials when account access changes.

To access your 800.com dashboard, follow these steps:​

  1. Navigate to the Login Page
    Go to https://app.800.com/login.

  2. Enter Your Credentials
    Use the email address you signed up with as your username and enter your password.

  3. Access Your Dashboard
    Click the Login button to access your account dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password:​

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Your Password?​

  2. Enter your account email address and click Send Reset Link.

  3. Check your email (including your spam folder) for a password reset link and follow the instructions provided.

Note: If the email entered does not match an account associated with 800.com, no action will be taken. 

Changing Your Username or Password

To update your login credentials:​

  1. Log in to your account.​

  2. Click on your name or company name at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

  3. Select User Settings from the menu that appears.

  4. To change your username (login email), update the email address in the appropriate field.

  5. To change your password, enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm the new password.

  6. Be sure to click Update Profile after any changes so the changes are saved.

Need Assistance?

You may have signed up with an alternative email address. Please doublecheck your email and ensure it is the one you signed up with or assigned under Users in your 800.com account.
