[FAQs](https://support.800.com/en-us/hc/general-faqs?hsLang=en-us#faqs) August 5, 2026 # How do I reset or change my password? ## Reset access from the login screen or update your account password after signing in, with security help available if needed. **Resetting:** If you are having difficulty logging in and would like to reset your password you can click the "**Forgot Your Password**" link underneath the boxes on the login screen.  You will then be prompted to enter your account email. Click the "**Send Reset Link**" button underneath when you are finished.  **\*If the email entered does not match an email associated with an account with 800.com, no action will be taken. If you continue to experience problems accessing your account you will need to** **call us at 800-800-4321, and leave a voicemail, or email us at support@800.com.**    **We will respond to voicemails and emails as quickly as possible.**    **Updating/Changing:** You can change your login credentials at any time by clicking on your name or company name on the very bottom left of your 800.com account.   ![mceclip2.png](https://support.800.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/zd-360040606232-2607222d4861a568-7784692945933-Jun-30-2026-05-50-01-6859-PM.png)   This will expand an additional menu containing "**Account**" and "**Logout**" options.
